Driving Directions
From I-30, Exit University Drive, proceed South (towards the Zoo & TCU).
On the east (left) side of the street, you’ll see the WestBend Complex. Free parking is available on the surface lot, in front of Macy’s Market) or in the parking garage (entrance behind Tyler’s and Wells Fargo).
PARKING – Surface Lot
Look for the Market by Macy’s Online Pickup sign.
Walk towards the large “Coffee” word art straight ahead.
Enter the double doors to the right of the “Coffee” word art. (1751 River Run)
Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd Floor – Suite 200 (Regus). Tell them you’re here for Red Team Real Estate, and they’ll notify us of your arrival.
PARKING – GARAGE LOT
Enter the parking garage (behind Wells Fargo & Tyler’s)
Take the elevator to the 1st floor. When you get off the elevator, turn to your left. Follow the arrow for OFFICE 1701 & 1751 River Run.
Through the breezeway
Look for the large “Coffee” word art. Enter the double doors to the right of the sign. (1751 River Run)
Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd Floor – Suite 200 (Regus). They will notify us of your arrival.
